Phishing Scam – Axis Bank.

Scammers are once again targeting the Banks, this time Axis Bank. The phishing mail contains Html file, which on execution displays a fake page. The page is a replica of Axis online banking. Scammer tries to create panic by mentioning security updates for your account . So that the user can run the attached Html file.

On execution the file open the phishing page. If by any how user puts the information like Username, Password etc. all the information get transferred to the scammer.

Quick Heal detects the fraudulent Html file and even blocks the phishing link too.
