Description: Avira GmbH is expanding and developing nationally and internationally. In order to expand our web development team, we are searching for a Project Analyst (m/f) Job description: You will be responsible for the introduction and improvement of web-relevant and cross-company projects: o You will be the interface between marketing, support, development and sales. The collection and presenting of information and data from these departments will be part of your key task. o Create requirements and specifications of projects together with the beneficiaries o Analyze the information and data you have collected in relation to the proposed developments o Keep close contact with our web development team located in Bucharest, Romania o Organize project meetings o Support the project manager in creating project plans and ensure project milestones are met o You will be in charge of testing the project deliverable before it is handed over o Organizing internal seminars and workshops o You will be in charge of creating project documentation Location: Headquarters in Tettnang, Germany. One week per month at our subsidiary in Bucharest, Romania.
Required skills: Your profile: Required qualification: . Analytical power as well as conceptional and organizational skills . Readiness for action, can work under pressure and dedication . Self motivated . Fluent in German and English . Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint . Good communication skills . Willingness to travel (1 week per month)
Desired skills: Preferable additional skills: . Knowledge in IT-Security and Software . Other languages, e.g. Romanian . Technical knowledge in Web applications with database connections
