Responsibilities:

.Support (level 1 & 2)

.Telephone support (level 1 & 2)

.Basic linux server administration

.Server monitoring

.email security threats analyze (spam emails)

.Monitor ongoing spam campaigns

.Reports to support coordinator

Required skills:
Desired profile:

.Bachelor degree or higher

.2-5 working years experience in customer oriented support/system

.Excellent writing skills and verbal English

.Good communication skills

.Pro-active and independent worker

.Result oriented

Beneficial skills:

.Debian Linux experience

.Email protocol (SMTP) experience

.Bash scripting

.MySQL management

.Knowledge of email RFC’s

.Ability to identify and isolate spam emails

.Keen interest to learn more about the anti-spam industry
