The FBI is investigating a hack of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) that may be related to the cyber-attack earlier this year on the Democratic National Committee (DNC), Reuters reports.
The cyber intrusion at the DCCC, the fundraising arm for House Democrats, may have been intended to get information on donors, sources told the news outlet. The invasion of the organization’s computer system could have begun as recently as June, sources told Reuters.
