22% of Global Websites Found to Contain up to 407 Vulnerabilities Each

A new study released by Bkav Internet Security reveals that 22% of the websites in the world contain serious vulnerabilities. The results are based on the investigation of websites from 24 countries between July and October 2013.

The list of security holes includes SQL Injection, Cross-site Scripting (XSS) Directory Listing, Sensitive Path flaws. The largest number of security holes identified by experts in one single website is 407.
