Classified Military Files Possibly Stolen in India Defense Ministry Hack

In December 2013, around 50 computers belonging to Indias Defense Ministry and the countrys Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) were hacked. The attackers might have gained access to classified information.

According to the Times of India, the breach was discovered by intelligence agencies. Theyve found a piece of spyware capable of retrieving files even from devices that are not connected to the Internet.
