Last year, Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune did the same, leaving developer Capcom to start an indie studio called Comcept, while Populous creator Peter Molyneux made a similar decision one year earlier. Populous, for example, was developed by Molyneux and a small team at Bullfrog Productions, which has since become a part of EA.

Keiji Inafunes been making games for nearly 30 years. Hes the man behind one of gamings most iconic characters (Mega Man) and several huge franchises (Dead Rising, Onimusha). After 23 years working at Capcom, one of Japans largest game publishers, he suddenly quit back in 2010.
