If youre a fan of drum machines and synthesizers, 2014 is off to a great start, and now Akai has added a device of its own to the fray. The pro audio outfit has announced the Rhythm Wolf, an analog drum machine and bass synth module designed with classic sound machines in mind. Theres a built-in 32-step sequencer and six MPC pads to wrangle highly tweakable drum sounds and the bass synthesizers selectable oscillator and classic filter design.
