According to CNBC reporter David Fabers sources, Comcast will announce that it is buying Time Warner Cable tomorrow morning. Comcast to buy Time Warner Cable in all stock deal worth $159 per $TWC share- sources. Ratio is 2.875 $CMCSA. — DAVID FABER (@davidfaber) February 13, 2014 The all-stock deal will reportedly be at $159 per share of Time Warner Cable, a deal with a market value of $44.2 billion according to Barrons calculations.
