Devices like the Microsoft Surface Pro that combine tablet mobility and ultrabook performance are set for a boost thanks to gamers and business users. As a device category, its still in its early stages, but according to Juniper Research, as many as 50 million of the devices could be shipped annually by 2018. At the moment, the Microsoft Surface Pro is the most high-profile product to fit the description. It combines a 10-inch HD Windows tablet that docks with a keyboard to offer the same performance as a computer.
