Dacor calls the Discovery iQ a “smart oven range” because it leverages smartphone-like software to communicate with your mobile device. You can issue orders to your oven from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection, whether you want to turn up the temperature while cooking a roast, or turn it off from the office when you realize that you left it on that morning.
