FCC commissioner implores colleagues to take time on net neutrality

FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel thinks her colleagues need to hold off in deciding net neutralitys fate rather than stick to Chairman Tom Wheelers aggressive timeline for enacting new rules. Appearing at a Chief Officers of State Library Agencies meeting today, Rosenworcel pointed to passionate feedback from Americans in recent weeks as evidence that the FCC needs to take its time in reviewing new rules that will have a profound effect on the internet. \I have real concerns about FCC Chairman Wheeler’s proposal on network neutrality—which is before the agency right now,\ she said.
