How Palestinian prisoners father children with smuggled sperm

Locked in an Israeli prison that forbids physical contact with all visitors, Tamer al-Zaanin could have been forgiven for abandoning hope of starting a family with his wife, Hana. But the Zaanins are one of an increasing number of Palestinian couples managing to conceive children through the bars by smuggling sperm to be used for in vitro fertilization (IVF). Al Jazeera reports on how the families carry out the plot, racing against time to get the sperm from the jail to an IVF center over six hours away in Gaza.
