SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) — Rev. Jesse Jackson plans to lead a delegation to the Hewlett Packard annual shareholders meeting on Wednesday to bring attention to Silicon Valleys poor record of including blacks and Latinos in hiring, board appointments and startup funding.
