We’re responsible for an extraordinary amount of data. And that’s where you come in. Providing overall service management of the operational Data Loss Prevention (DLP) service, you’ll produce valuable management information on service status. But you won’t stop there. You’ll constantly seek ways to make the service even better. Providing leadership and direction to Data Leakage Prevention Analysts and Data Protection Advisors, you’ll also manage third parties involved in supporting the service. Through monitoring, education and proactive improvement, you’ll enhance the detection of data loss and reduce instances of data loss policy breaches. Along the way, you’ll work closely with sponsors, project teams and stakeholders from across the Group. You’ll also be accountable for hygiene elements of web and email traffic. You’ll bring to the role strong understanding of DLP in the finance sector, along with relevant risk mitigation processes and tools – and their configuration, operation and enhancement. Along with blocking and release assessment, you have proven technical infrastructure knowledge of SMTP and HTML protocols and storage systems. Understanding of ITIL standards and Incident/Problem Management is essential. A highly articulate and driven individual, you’ll use advanced facilitation and chairperson skills to influence, guide and present to senior non-technical audiences.
