New wave of UPS Scam.

You may have received an email like the below one that looks very authentic, like it came from UPS about the package delivery. The fraudulent email is having subject line- Track Your parcel NO#61271 along with a malicious attached zip file. The attacker misguides the user and ask them to open the attached file for package delivery details.

On extraction of the attached zip file, it gives USPS_document.exe file, which having PDF file Icon.

If anyone executed this file on the machine by assuming it is a PDF file, then the computer gets badly infected. On execution of the USPS_document.exe file, it installs a Rougware named “Smart Protection 2012”.

This Rougware is new in the wild and could have huge impacts in coming few days.
