We are looking for an energetic sales professional with strong experience from complex solution sales to accelerate sales of Content Anywhere for F-Secure in Europe. You will be working closely with various functions and country sales teams in Europe. And more importantly you will be working with multiple stakeholders at the named operators. You will report directly to VP Sales, Content Anywhere Europe.
As each sales case is different and the Content Anywhere team is small, the specific sales team and your exact role will vary case by case. To succeed in the role you are expected to enjoy flexibility and you are comfortable with uncertainty as long as the goals are clear.
The team will initially focus on establishing a solid pipeline for the already selected target prospects by meeting key executives at the operators. Your role is to strive to master the process at multiple levels at operator organization.
The position involves some travel within Europe to customers and if based in one of the F-Secure country offices some travel to Head Office in Helsinki is required in order to meet the key internal stakeholders. – Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit

– Strong communication and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests both externally and internally.
– Self-motivated and disciplined with a determined attitude to succeed. Understands and applies account planning and project management methods and processes to ensure successful sales projects.
– Ability to lead, motivate and influence others (internal & external) to achieve results
– Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
