TV’s Richard Elliot reports this morning that an Atlanta man, Chris Bailey, has been attacked by an intentional virus placed on his computer by pirates who will hold his files captive until Friday, November 15, 2013 at 4:19 PM unless he deposits $300 into a special account set up by the hackers.
