Blue Coat Systems has acquired Norman Shark for an undisclosed amount. Blue Coat says the move will bring together its own business assurance technology with Normans zero-day sandboxing and malware analysis solutions.
By acquiring Norman, Blue Coat gains not only new technology, but also a team of researchers and malware analysis experts.
