Secure ID solutions provider Datacard has completed the acquisition of Entrust, a company that provides identity-based security systems.
Entrusts headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and the companys facility in Ottawa, Canada, will remain operational. The two companies have a total of almost 2,000 employees.
