Estonian Court Acquits Cybercriminals Behind DNSChanger Malware

An Estonian court has acquitted individuals suspected of being involved in a massive fraud case that leveraged the DNSChanger malware. According to Estonian publication Postimees, the court ruled that they couldnt be convicted for any crime because the prosecutors have failed to name specific victims.
