The recent approach has been to spam out emails that appear to be “from” the recipient. Sometimes the emails are poorly translated into Spanish, Portuguese or Greek.
The “jobs” on offer are illegal activities such as money laundering and form part of this very long running scam that has been going on for at least two years.

These job offers are completely bogus and could land you in serious trouble with the police.

I was just about to reply back to this email from myself (thinking, when did I send myself a lead for an open position, why wouldn’t the company use their own identifier so I could just reply back, and why didn’t they just state the company name in the 1st place), but then I said let me do some research. From what I discovered these people send the following email with various contact names; mine happen to be Danny:
