Indias Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has announced the launch of a new joint working group under the Deputy National Security Advisors (DNSA). The role of the new working group is to implement measures and safeguards to protect the oil and gas sector against cyber threats.
According to The Hindu, Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Veerappa Moily made the announcement on Monday at the IT and Cyber Security Summit and Exhibition on Oil & Gas Industry.
