In this case the link in the email goes through a legitimate hacked site and ends up at 184.108.40.206:8080/showthread.php?t=73a07bcb51f4be71 (Colo5, US). There’s a Wepawet report here. Blocking that IP would stop any further malicious sites on the server from being a problem.
