The Tullamore credit union in Ireland will notify more than 3,500 people whose details have been exposed on the Internet back in December.

According to the Irish Times, the financial organization notified the Data Protection Commissioners office just before Christmas. The commissioner is currently investigating the incident.

An internal document was inadvertently made publicly available, possibly due to a glitch in the companys IT systems.
