Hackers of the Anonymous movement have launched distributed denial-of-service (DDOS) attacks against the websites of the Mexicos House of representatives (diputados.gob.mx) and Congress (congreso.gob.mx). The attacks were initiated just as Senators were approving the energy bill that allowed foreign companies such as Exxon and Chevron to drill for oil.
