The website of Radio Free Europe/ Radio Liberty, a media organization that has 700 journalists across 21 countries, was disrupted by a distributed denial-of-service (DDOS) attack on Sunday, just as it was providing extensive coverage on the ongoing protests in Kiev, Ukraine.
