The sentencing of Hector Xavier Monsegur, also known as the hacker Sabu, has been delayed for the 7th time. His sentencing has been rescheduled for May 27, 2014 at 11:00 AM. The Government respectfully submits this letter to respectfully request that the May 8, 2014 sentencing date be adjourned in order to allow the parties additional time to complete their sentencing submissions, reads the letter submitted by the government to Judge Loretta A.
