An Indonesian hacker who uses the online moniker simpleS has breached and defaced two Albanian government websites.
Techworm.in reported that the sites, ccifier.gov.al and qarkufier.gov.al, were hacked a couple of days ago. However, at the time of writing, theyre still defaced.
