Va. lawmaker facing charges says he won’t resign

Virginia state Del. Joseph D. Morrissey says there’s not a “snowball’s chance in hell” he will resign after being indicted on charges he had an improper sexual relationship with a teenager, and he charged that he’s been victimized by a phone hacker.
