Website of Philippines Disaster Information Project Hacked, Visitors Led to Adult Site

The official website of the Philippines Disaster Information for Nationwide Awareness (DINA) Project (ocd.ndrrmc.gov.ph/index.php/project-dina) has been hacked. The attackers configured the website so that its visitors would be redirected to an adult site.
