As the latest addition to its line of of high-performance firewalls designed for enterprise and data center environments, network security firm, Fortinet, this week launched the FortiGate-1500D firewall. According to the company, the FortiGate-1500 can achieve up to 80 Gbps of firewall and 10 Gbps of intrusion prevention and application control performance.
