There are two parallel spam campaigns running right not, one in the “Intuit.com invoice” form, one in the “IRS Tax Appeal form”. Both spams lead to a malicious page at georgekinsman.net/main.php?page=c9a5e6d306c55c68 (report here) hosted on the very familiar IP address of 41.64.21.71. Block it if you haven’t already.
