Once mobile devices are connected to car infotainment systems and cars are connected to the Internet, vehicles will become a rich source of data for manufacturers, marketers, insurance providers and the government. Oh, and they’ll be a lucrative target for hackers , too.
Launched in 2013, CyActive gained traction earlier this year when it was accepted into the Cyber Labs startup incubator, an investment vehicle backed by Jerusalem Venture Partners and Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. CyActive’s business focuses on industrial and utility companies-high-risk targets for cyber security attacks.
