An even newer KitKat version is here, but don’t get too excited

It was only a few days ago that Google released Android 4.4.3 KitKat for various Nexus devices, and not only, but it looks like the company is not finished issuing security fixes for its operating system. The company has rolled out a new KitKat version – Android 4.4.4 – which brings more improvements and fixes, but no new features. Android 4.4.4 should be available as an over-the-air (OTA) download for all Nexus devices, although Google has already posted Android 4.4.4 images and binaries for most Nexus-branded devices, excluding the 3G version of the Nexus 7 (2013) model.
