But as well as prepping its customers phones for the future, the new update, available to download now for iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5C and 5S, brings new graphical icons for features such as FaceTime, the voice call dialer, and messaging. Users will also get more control over how Siri, Apples voice activated virtual assistant, works. The camera function is also improved and for owners of the iPhone 4, which has struggled under the weight of the new operating system, Apple promises the new update will be a noticeable improvement in terms of smoothness and speed.
