Apple sets new records for iPhone, iPad and Mac sales

The Cupertino giant announced that it sold 51 million iPhones, 26 million iPads and 4.8 million Macs during Q4 2013, setting new records for all three product categories. Over the same period in the previous year, Apple sold 47.8 million iPhones, 22.9 million iPads and 4 million Macs. Apple is patting itself on the back, celebrating a 6.6 percent year-on-year increase in iPhone sales.
