Violation #1: The facility is in a tree which is made entirely of wood. One spark on a dry summer day and the whole place could burn to the ground. Violation #2: The magic dust is held above 41º F. Violation #3: Elves are not given an appropriate amount of snacks. Violation #4: Evidence of dragons or live dragons present in facilitys food and/or non-food areas. Violation #5: Appropriately scaled metal stem-type wand not provided or used to evaluate temperatures of potentially hazardous treats during cooking, cooling, reheating and holding.
