Digital comic giant ComiXology announced its “ComiXology Submit” self-publishing initiative at SXSW 2013, and the company’s commitment to the little guys is as strong as ever at this year’s show. To keep the spotlight on creators of indie comics, ComiXology is allowing users to nab the “Submit Starter Pack,” which gives them 100 digital comic books for $10 from now through Mar. 10. Since the launch of ComiXology Submit at last year’s SXSW, a total of 1,007 independent comics have been released through the app.
