The prolific and influential Damon Albarn (of Blur and Gorillaz, to name two of his many projects) has just released the first music video from his upcoming solo album, Everyday Robots, and its just as strangely artistic as wed expect. Albarns acts have often pushed the envelope visually, and the video for lead single and tltle Everyday Robots brings us closer to the songwriter than ever before — right into his head. The video, directed by Aitor Throup, uses cranial scans of Albarns skull as a canvas for a CGI artist to paint on — it starts off abstract, with manipulations that seem both humorous and slightly unsettling.
