Damon Lindelof hopes ‘The Leftovers’ won’t end like ‘Lost’

Fans of cult television series Lost were not the only ones affected by its ending. The New York Times Taffy Brodesser-Akner writes that showrunner Damon Lindelof spent years agonizing over the response the finale received.
