Kevin Spacey isnt content with just acting like a president on TV — he thinks he can impersonate Bill Clinton himself. In a new video to celebrate the former Presidents 68th birthday, Spacey (in character as House of Cards Frank Underwood) tries to pull the wool over Hillary Clintons eyes during a prank call. Spacey tries to do some snooping and figure out what Hillarys getting her husband, but sadly its to no avail.
