As the company promised last month during its photography event, Google has brought full-resolution backup of photos and videos to its iOS app. An update to the Google+ app today adds the much-requested feature, along with an updated design for the notification tray, the ability to share your location with friends, and a feature that translates posts and comments inline. Google already offered one of the most robust free services for photo storage, and now that it can store everything at full size directly from the camera roll on iOS, its worth an even closer look. …
