How to Not Get Hacked at the Sochi Olympics — or Anywhere Else

If you watched NBC Nightly News this past Tuesday (Feb. 4), you may have seen a report from Moscow that visitors to Russia can expect to be hacked. On YouTube, the clip is entitled NBC: All Visitors to Sochi Olympics Immediately Hacked and has more than 800,000 views. Everything that NBC correspondent Richard Engel and top American security expert Kyle Wilhoit do in their visit to Moscow (not Sochi) is designed to make certain their Mac, PC and Android phone will be infected by malware.
