This weekend, The New York Times took a long look at the federal case against Ross Ulbricht, alleged organizer of the online drug market Silk Road. The Times takes a particularly close look at how the government tracked down the precise location of the Silk Roads overseas server, which Ulbrichts defense team alleges may have involved NSA tracking. The piece also takes a new look at the moment Ulbricht was apprehended by the agents, which was more intricate than many realize.
