Intel will have to pay a record fine of 1.06 billion euro ($1.43 billion) for anticompetitive behaviors in Europe after losing a challenge against the judgment this morning. Intel received the fine from the European Commission five years ago, but its been challenging it since on the grounds that it was too strong a punishment.
