Shigeru Miyamoto is responsible for the creation of gamings most famous figures, including Mario, Donkey Kong, Link, and Zelda, but for his first animated film, the legendary game developer has turned to some of his lesser-known creations: Pikmin. The plant-like creatures will star in Pikmin Short Movies, a set of three animated short films produced by Miyamoto that will show at the Tokyo International Film Festival next month.
