Marvel has just announced that Michael Douglas will join Paul Rudd in 2015s Ant-Man, directed by Edgar Wright. The Oscar-winning actor will play the role of Dr. Henry Pym, the first Marvel character to don the persona of Ant-Man and inventor of the Pym particles that can shrink people to the size of an ant. Rudd has officially been awarded the role of Scott Lang, the second Ant-Man, who, in the comics, stole the Ant-Man costume as a means to save his ailing daughter. Plot details are currently scarce, and Marvel has kept casting tightly under wraps up until now.
