Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is unveiling some management changes today, just days away from the company’s Build developer event in San Francisco. In an internal email to employees, Nadella highlights three management changes designed to help the firm thrive and grow in a mobile-first, cloud-first world. First, Phil Spencer will take over Xbox and Xbox Live. Spencer will report directly to Windows chief Terry Myerson, and will be responsible for all the software side of Xbox. The second management change sees Scott Guthrie take over the cloud and enterprise side of Microsoft, following his two-month acting leader role of that particular business.
