Microsoft is bringing two of its Windows 8.1 apps to Windows Phone 8.1 today: Movie Moments and Reading List. Movie Moments is a simple video editing app designed to create shareable 60-second clips, and the Windows Phone 8.1 version is very similar to the full Windows 8.1 app. Reading List is perhaps the more interesting app released today for those who use both a Windows 8.1 PC and a Windows Phone 8.1 handset. Reading List is Microsoft’s own version of Instapaper or Pocket, allowing Windows users to store links or app content that’s synced between devices.
